Commercial Counsel

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Commercial Counsel based in the United States. As a Commercial Counsel, you will help scale the legal operations of a fast-growing decentralized finance and technology organization. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will manage commercial contracts from initial requests and negotiations through signature and post-signature obligations. You will work closely with partnerships, Finance, Revenue Operations, and other business teams to facilitate agreements while managing legal risk. Beyond contract negotiation, you will build efficient legal processes, develop standardized templates, and implement AI-powered workflows to streamline routine work. This is an opportunity to combine legal expertise, operational ownership, and emerging technology in a dynamic, international environment. You will have significant autonomy to improve how legal support is delivered and help the business grow sustainably.
