In this role, you will shape the hiring strategy needed to build and scale high-performing engineering and AI teams. You will oversee recruitment across AI/ML, software engineering, infrastructure, web, mobile, and technical leadership while remaining hands-on with critical and senior-level searches. Working directly with company and engineering leaders, you will define hiring standards, strengthen assessment processes, and ensure recruitment decisions prioritize genuine technical expertise. You will also build and coach a high-performing recruiting team, using data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
