You’ll decide which meetings, events and requests he takes on based on company priorities, and escalate only the hardest calls. - Triage inbound requests such as speaking invitations, events, and approaches from partners and investors, and put forward clear recommendations. - Brief the CEO before key meetings with the context, the objectives and the points he needs to land. - Act as the CEO’s point of contact for investors, partners and the leadership team, representing him with judgement and discretion. - Manage the CEO’s inbox and complex international travel so he can stay focused on what matters most. Requirements: - 6+ years supporting C-level executives, ideally a founder or CEO in a fast-growing tech company or startup. - A strong sense of business priorities: you can judge whether an activity matters and defend that call to senior stakeholders. - Excellent written and verbal communication, including concise executive briefs. - Complete discretion with confidential information, including fundraising and investor matters. - High autonomy and ownership: you anticipate needs before they’re raised. - Fluent in English and French (spoken & written). - An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities. - Available within 4 weeks.
