We provide complex electronics, cable-harness, mechatronics, and box-build solutions. We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Process Development Engineer to join our team and contribute to manufacturing process development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. 🔹 Key Responsibilities - Support the development, evaluation, and optimization of manufacturing processes. - Identify process-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. - Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering Change Notification (ECN) activities. - Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and visual aids. - Conduct process trials, analyze production data, and prepare technical reports. - Support equipment installation, testing, validation, and calibration. - Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to improve productivity and product quality. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives, waste reduction, and process standardization.
