Solution Architect – MCA Rule 3 Compliance

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Solution Architect – MCA Rule 3 Compliance based in India. The Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and audit-ready data backup and hosting solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. This role is central to ensuring that Indian legal entities meet the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) Rule 3 compliance requirements for financial data storage, accessibility, and audit readiness. You will architect data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) pipelines to manage accounting records across key financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets. Working with Oracle technologies and India-based hosting infrastructure, you will establish reliable backup processes, audit trails, and real-time monitoring dashboards. You will collaborate with finance leaders, statutory auditors, compliance teams, and implementation partners to validate system readiness and demonstrate regulatory compliance. The position combines enterprise architecture, regulatory risk management, and technical project governance in a complex financial technology environment. This is a contract opportunity for an experienced architect who can translate regulatory obligations into practical, secure, and sustainable technology solutions, with travel to Mohali required for meetings.
