Líder de Testes de QA

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Líder de Testes de QA based in Brazil. We are looking for an experienced QA Test Lead to drive software quality and ensure reliable, high-performing solutions across new projects, system enhancements, and ongoing maintenance. In this role, you will collaborate closely with development teams and business stakeholders from the earliest planning stages through final delivery. You will define testing strategies, assess risks, establish test coverage, and oversee manual and automated testing activities. As a technical reference for the QA team, you will guide testing professionals, promote best practices, and encourage continuous improvement across quality assurance processes. You will also play a proactive role in identifying defects and removing delivery risks within an agile environment.
