You will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of recruitment data while maintaining applicant tracking systems and optimizing operational workflows. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will contribute to efficient hiring processes and a consistent candidate experience. Your responsibilities will span recruitment reporting, data audits, system administration, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work remotely from India in a global environment, following an evening or overnight schedule aligned with US business hours.
