Senior Data Warehouse and Integration Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Data Warehouse and Integration Engineer based in Canada. We are seeking an experienced data engineering professional to take ownership of complex database, data warehouse, and integration initiatives from initial investigation through production deployment and ongoing support. This role combines hands-on Microsoft SQL Server engineering with enterprise data warehouse architecture, ETL development, reporting support, and production troubleshooting. You will help maintain reliable data operations while improving performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability. Working across an established on-premises Microsoft environment, you will also contribute to the evolution toward modern Azure-based data solutions. Collaboration with development, business analysis, project management, applications, infrastructure, and support teams will be essential. The ideal candidate brings strong technical judgment, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to drive complex work through to a documented, tested, and sustainable outcome.
