Our partner is looking for a Compliance Officer (Regulatory Focus), E-Money & Payments based in Germany. As a Compliance Officer specializing in e-money and payments regulation, you will play a key role in managing regulatory authorizations, safeguarding frameworks, and ongoing compliance obligations across European and UK markets. You will work closely with senior compliance leadership to prepare robust regulatory submissions, develop governance documentation, and ensure payment activities meet evolving legal and supervisory requirements. Operating at the intersection of fintech, cryptocurrency, and traditional payments, you will contribute to complex regulatory initiatives with significant business impact. You will take ownership of regulatory analysis, policy drafting, regulator correspondence, and the implementation of effective internal controls.
