We are seeking IP rights support  Must email WORD resume to ->  DEVIND (AT) mapjects.com  - US citizens or Green Card ONLY - Compensation is very competitive, and commensurate with experience, loc  VA/DC - if Corp 2 Corp, 1099, or W2 (please email your expectations, and availability to start) 1.234.200.MAP0 - Performs as a specialist in Intellectual Property Law, with particular attention to government data rights issues. - Advise management on IP issues, including complex issues of significant financial and legal risk to the company. - Performs independent research, analysis and business partner counseling on complex and/or important issues. - - Manages and preparation and prosecution of patents, trademarks, copyright, etc. - Advises on patent infringement risks and IP aspects of contracts of all kinds.
