- For some positions on the federal side, [US citizens or (Green Card / H1 with at least 5 yrs continuous US history]
- Five years of Governmental financial system integration
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
- Five years experience in Governmental fuel logistics management
- Five years experience in management system integration
- Proven performance in Systems Development Life Cycle
- Five years experience in intragovernmental transaction processing and related systems
