This is a fast paced career and roofing experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities - Responsible for scheduling projects and ensuring each employee has the correct type of project assigned to them. - Responsible for maintaining accurate schedules in the CRM software. - Responsible for pulling project folders out and putting all invoices in them prior to setting them out for the installation team the day before the project starts. - Responsible for 50/50 split expectation of jobsite versus office time. - Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of each project are completed the first time. - Oversee that each employee is performing a walkthrough with their customers at the completion of each project. - Ensure each employee is collecting payment for each job upon completion. - Oversee that all employees turn in accurate and completed job folders with the closing sheets, invoices, and receipts. - Responsible for matching and sourcing materials for each project and having them staged for the project prior to the project starting and adjusting project invoices as needed. - Ensure that all employees are utilizing communications software for consistent and regular project updates. - Maintain accurate notes, and details in CRM software for each project. - Ensure fleet (trucks and trailers) are maintained properly. - Conduct job audits during and after projects. - Ensure all safety procedures are in practice at all times. - Responsible for running “callback” and “issue resolution” appointments for previously completed Bone Dry Roofing: Confidential & Proprietary projects. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent - 1-3 Years of industry experience is preferred - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record - Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen - Ability to work overtime as needed - Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season Work Environment - This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites - Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment - Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs. - Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs Driving - Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
