Kinstead helps experienced Nurse Practitioners across Massachusetts launch independent practices of their own, with the guidance and support to make getting started feel manageable. Most practices can cover their basic costs with fewer than 3 patient visits per month, and startup costs are typically less than $3,000. As your practice grows, NPs typically take home around $100–$200 per clinical hour, with the potential to earn around $300,000 annually in a full-time practice.
