Transport Coordinator

If you’re dynamic, motivated, willing to learn and to be part of our next success, We invite you to apply, come, join to participate in our mutual development.   - Coordinate and follow up on import and export transport activities. - Organize and monitor shipments in accordance with customer and company requirements. - Coordinate with freight forwarders, transport providers, customs brokers, suppliers, customers, and internal departments. - Prepare, verify, and follow up on transport and shipping documentation. - Monitor shipment status, delivery schedules, and transport performance. - Ensure the timely availability of materials and products according to production and customer requirements. - Follow up on customs clearance and resolve transport or documentation issues. - Communicate proactively with relevant stakeholders regarding delays, deviations, and urgent shipments. - Coordinate with Logistics, Purchasing, Production, Finance, and Customer Management. -   - Monitor transport costs and support the optimization of logistics activities. - Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable import/export regulations. - Maintain accurate transport records and update the relevant ERP systems. - Prepare transport performance reports and follow-up indicators. - Identify transport risks and escalate critical issues in a timely manner. - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport, International Trade, or a related field. - Previous experience in transport coordination, import/export, or international logistics is required . - Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is an advantage. - Good knowledge of international transport and import/export documentation. - Knowledge of customs procedures and regulations in Morocco. - Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel. - Experience with SAP or another ERP system is an advantage. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. - Fluent in French and English.  KOSTAL Morocco collects and processes your personal data as part of the recruitment process, exclusively for the purpose of managing applications.
