Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, C#, and .NET. - Implement and manage databases, particularly MongoDB and other NoSQL solutions, while supporting ETL processes and reporting requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features while effectively communicating technical and business requirements. - Debug and troubleshoot application issues and apply test-driven development practices to ensure reliable, maintainable, and high-quality code. Required Skills & Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in backend software development. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, particularly Node.js. - Strong hands-on experience with C# and the .NET framework. - Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. - Solid understanding of backend development principles and best practices. - Experience designing, developing, and maintaining backend services. - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. - Knowledge of test-driven development and software quality practices. - Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Python. - Familiarity with ETL processes and reporting tools. - Experience with debugging techniques and tools. - Experience applying test-driven development methodologies.
