Delivery Driver(01529) - 2554 Gladiator Drive

In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism. You will be the face of our organization, and your commitment to punctuality and customer satisfaction will be essential to our success. - Operate a delivery vehicle safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols - Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet daily delivery targets and customer time windows - Load, unload, and transport packages of varying sizes and weights with care - Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery confirmations - Provide professional and courteous customer service during all interactions and deliveries - Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or damage promptly - Navigate using GPS and delivery management systems to optimize routes and minimize travel time - Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues with professionalism and efficiency - Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and ensure compliance with company standards - Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles encountered - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Proven experience operating delivery vehicles or commercial trucks - Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery schedules consistently - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - Ability to lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly - Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and delivery management software - Knowledge of vehicle safety compliance and basic maintenance procedures - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries efficiently - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Physical capability to perform repetitive lifting and loading tasks - Familiarity with the Fenton area and local traffic patterns (preferred) - Experience with package tracking systems and delivery documentation (preferred) BENEFITS - Flexible Hours - Competitive wages - Earn tips daily - Paid mileage - Employee discount on all food items - Advancement opportunities - Paid TrainingFULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): - Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment - Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage - Flexible Spending Accounts - Ability to contribute to a 401(k)
