Wood). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality products and exceptional service directly to our customers' doors. You'll play a vital role in ensuring every delivery is completed efficiently, safely, and with a smile. - Operate a vehicle safely and responsibly while delivering products to customers throughout the Decatur area - Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times - Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and order confirmations - Provide friendly, professional customer service at every delivery point, addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Inspect vehicle condition regularly and report any maintenance issues promptly - Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle - Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately - Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles encountered - Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times - Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining quality standards - Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license - Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standards - Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes - Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check - Strong time management and organizational skills - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - Ability to navigate using GPS and delivery management systems - Physical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items - Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality - Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer satisfaction - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed - Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeep - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Preferred: Previous delivery or customer-facing experience BENEFITS - Flexible Hours - Competitive wages - Earn tips daily - Paid mileage - Employee discount on all food items - Advancement opportunities - Paid TrainingFULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): - Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment - Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage - Flexible Spending Accounts - Ability to contribute to a 401(k)All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
