Field Application Engineer, Europe - Reconeyez

Our solar-powered, cellular-connected security solutions are designed for environments where traditional systems fall short — delivering reliable, intelligent monitoring for construction sites, critical infrastructure, and remote assets. As we continue to expand our presence in Europe, we are looking for a Field Application Engineer to join our growing team. This is a highly impactful, customer-facing role at the intersection of technical expertise, customer success, and sales support. - Deliver technical training, product demonstrations, and onboarding for dealers and integration partners - Support field deployments, including pilot programs and high-profile installations - Configure and troubleshoot integrations between Reconeyez’s cloud platform and third-party systems - Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware connectivity, and software - Act as a technical escalation point and coordinate with internal teams - Partner with Sales to support pre-sales activities and customer presentations - Provide hands-on support when required while guiding partners - Gather and communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering - Maintain documentation in Pipedrive and Atlassian tools - Travel extensively (~50%) across Europe.
