Senior Consultant, HSI

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Consultant, HSI based in the United States. The Senior Consultant, HSI, will lead strategic healthcare consulting initiatives focused on improving care delivery, strengthening health systems, and advancing population health outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with healthcare providers, government agencies, health plans, and community organizations to address complex industry challenges. You will oversee multiple consulting engagements, guide project teams, and develop innovative quality improvement strategies that deliver measurable results. The position combines clinical and operational expertise with project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and organizational development. You will also contribute to business growth through proposal development, client relationship management, and industry representation. As a senior subject matter expert, you will mentor colleagues and help implement sustainable healthcare improvements. This is a fully remote opportunity for experienced professionals residing outside the U.S. East Coast region, with travel as needed for client engagements and industry events.
