Roster - Senior ICT/Digital Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Roster – Senior ICT/Digital Consultant based in Sweden. We are seeking experienced ICT and digital policy professionals to contribute to digital transformation initiatives across the Americas region. This consultancy roster offers opportunities to support governments, regulators, and other stakeholders in developing effective policies, regulatory frameworks, and strategies for the digital economy. Depending on your expertise, you may work on telecommunications policy, market analysis, spectrum management, cybersecurity, digital applications, or emergency telecommunications. You will contribute research, strategic insights, technical documentation, and capacity-building activities that help strengthen the digital ecosystem and expand inclusive access to ICT services. Working with regional and international stakeholders, you will support evidence-based decision-making and the development of sustainable digital environments. Selected consultants may be contacted for assignments that match their specialist knowledge, experience, and the evolving needs of regional programmes.
