Performance Marketing Senior Specialist

Sahl is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid acquisition, end to end, across our core channels (Search, Social). You will own strategy and execution, from campaign setup to daily optimization to reporting. The ideal candidate will do both the strategist and the operator: someone senior enough to set the channel strategy and budget allocation, but hands-on enough to build the campaigns, pull the reports, and manage pacing personally on a day-to-day basis. You will report directly to the Growth Marketing Manager and work closely with CRM, Product, and Creative to turn paid spend into predictable, efficient growth.
