Workday Financials Sr. Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Workday Financials Sr. Consultant based in the United States. The Workday Financials Senior Consultant will lead functional delivery for complex enterprise implementations that support public sector organizations and their financial operations. In this fully remote, full-time role, you will guide clients through the entire implementation lifecycle, from discovery and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. You will translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions while ensuring alignment with established best practices and solution architecture. Working closely with finance, IT, and project leadership, you will build trusted client relationships and drive high-quality project outcomes. You will also mentor junior consultants, contribute to delivery standards, and help strengthen implementation capabilities across the practice.
