Workday Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Workday Architect based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Workday Architect to shape the technical vision, architecture, and long-term evolution of an enterprise Workday ecosystem. In this role, you will lead architectural design across HCM, Payroll, integrations, security, and related modules, ensuring systems remain scalable, secure, and sustainable. You will translate business strategy into technical roadmaps while guiding complex implementations, system transformations, and integrations with third-party platforms. Working closely with workforce systems leadership, technical teams, and external partners, you will establish standards and drive continuous improvement. You will also mentor administrators and analysts, resolve complex technical challenges, and help the organization adopt new Workday capabilities.
