Senior Implementation Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Implementation Specialist based in the United Kingdom. As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you will guide enterprise customers through successful software onboarding, implementation, data migration, and training. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end implementation projects, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring a smooth transition to new workflows. Acting as a trusted consultant and change management partner, you’ll help customers optimize their operations, drive adoption, and realize measurable business value. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and share insights that improve the product and implementation process. In a remote-first, globally distributed environment, you’ll have the opportunity to work with experienced colleagues while using AI tools and automation to make implementation work more efficient.
