You will serve as a strategic partner to deal teams, founders, boards, and management leaders, coordinating initiatives across finance, HR, technology, and operations. This director-level role combines integration leadership, structured program management, and operational transformation across multiple businesses. You will help establish scalable processes, strengthen organizational capabilities, and drive measurable improvements in EBITDA and long-term performance. The position is remote, with travel required to support portfolio companies and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
