Member of Technical Staff

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Member of Technical Staff based in the United States. The Member of Technical Staff will design, build, and deploy full-stack software solutions that transform healthcare practice operations through AI-powered automation. You will own features end to end, from identifying real-world problems with clinicians and operational teams to delivering reliable solutions in production. Working across the entire technology stack, you will develop intelligent agents and workflows that streamline insurance verification, patient intake, claims processing, and clinical documentation. You will combine strong software engineering skills with hands-on experience using AI coding agents to accelerate development and improve engineering productivity. This role offers significant autonomy, a flat engineering structure, and the opportunity to shape products used by clinicians, patients, and healthcare operations teams. You will also help ensure that sensitive healthcare information is handled securely while building scalable technology for a growing healthcare platform.
