This is an opportunity for an experienced legal professional to shape corporate governance and securities compliance at a growing, publicly traded technology organization. As a senior individual contributor, you will lead critical legal matters spanning public company reporting, board governance, equity plans, and corporate entity management. You will also contribute to mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions, helping balance legal risk with business priorities. Working closely with finance, accounting, investor relations, corporate development, people operations, and other teams, you will translate complex legal issues into practical, actionable guidance.
