You’ll develop proactive talent pipelines, leverage AI-powered sourcing and market intelligence, and anticipate hiring needs in a fast-evolving healthcare and technology landscape. Working closely with executive stakeholders, you’ll act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process, from talent mapping and structured assessments to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
