Overview The Director of Strategic Operations, Litigation Support will drive operational strategy, execution, and scalability within a fast-growing litigation support function. This role combines strategic planning, analytical problem-solving, and hands-on project leadership to turn complex challenges into measurable business outcomes. Working closely with senior leadership, you will improve operational efficiency, strengthen performance reporting, and support expansion into new jurisdictions and service lines. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop scalable processes, and establish the systems needed to support sustainable growth. The position also requires building expertise in court filing and Service of Process regulations to translate legal requirements into effective operational workflows.
