- Lead and coordinate strategic innovation initiatives
- Support incubation of new concepts and business opportunities
- Develop project governance and decision-making frameworksCross-functional Transformation

- Facilitate alignment across multiple functionsPortfolio & Opportunity Management

- Develop business cases and value assessments

- Monitor decision implementation status

Education
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Engineering, Automotive, Technology, Innovation Management or related fieldExperience
- 3-5 years experience in:

- Innovation Management
- Business Transformation
- PMO
- Product Development
- Consulting
