National Accounts - Remote Field Operations Technician

Our partner is looking for a National Accounts - Remote Field Operations Technician based in the United States. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced electronic security professional to support the delivery of enterprise access control projects across multiple locations nationwide. The Remote Field Operations Technician will oversee installation quality, commissioning readiness, and operational execution, with a particular focus on Mercury-based access control platforms. Working closely with project managers, site leads, subcontractors, and engineering teams, this individual will help ensure projects meet technical specifications, quality standards, and customer expectations. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with field coordination, troubleshooting, and project oversight. It offers exposure to complex security installations across critical infrastructure, healthcare, data centers, stadiums, and other large-scale facilities. This remote position requires significant nationwide travel and provides opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and successful project delivery.
