ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead paid acquisition across international markets for a growing AI-powered business communications company. You will join the Performance Marketing team and work closely with go-to-market partners to improve customer acquisition and conversion through disciplined testing and accountable budget management.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build, structure, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple international markets.
- Manage substantial paid media budgets with clear ownership of performance and results.
- Own tracking and conversion measurement using Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and offline conversion uploads.
- Design and run structured experiments on campaign setups and landing pages, then apply the findings to improve results.
- Adapt campaign strategy to the needs and dynamics of different markets.
- Partner with performance marketing colleagues and go-to-market managers on acquisition goals.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, with hands-on work as a paid search or Google Ads specialist.
- Experience managing Google Ads budgets of €150,000 or more per month.
- Experience running international campaigns and adapting strategy across markets.
- Practical ownership of tracking and conversion setup, including Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and offline conversion uploads.
- A structured, analytical, performance-focused approach, with experience testing campaign structures and landing pages.
- Excellent English communication skills; German is a strong advantage.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Annual salary: €65,000 to €100,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
On-site in Vienna, Austria. Candidates should be able to work on-site or relocate to Vienna.
