Strategic Valuation & Modeling - Senior Manager

We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Strategic Valuation & Modeling team in Frankfurt or Munich as a Senior Manager. In this role, you will work with experts in the field of valuations, transformation, restructurings and transaction services, but will mainly focus on: - Performing and reviewing complex valuation models - You value companies, intangible and tangible assets as well as strategic alternatives in connection with tax, transactional and accounting matters - You provide support with fairness opinions to assess the appropriateness of transaction prices and structure - Identifying and understanding the key business drivers and provide value to the client through our services and the deliverables we produce - Being responsible for the day-to-day management of engagements and act as the main point of contact for clients in this process - Managing the preparation of deliverables including reports, presentations and discussions with the different stakeholders - Steering and providing guidance to more junior team members - Actively contributing to business development (both internal and external) and thought leadership is expected
