Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Event Coordinator to assist with planning, preparing, and executing promotional events. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organizing details, working with people, and developing event coordination skills in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing event schedules, materials, and setup requirements.
- Help prepare event spaces, promotional displays, signage, and supplies.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Support attendee engagement and provide event-related information.
- Monitor event materials and help ensure supplies are available when needed.
- Assist with event setup, on-site coordination, and breakdown.
- Communicate schedule updates and logistical needs to the appropriate team members.
- Help evaluate event activities by gathering feedback and documenting observations.
