We're looking for a passionate coffee professional with strong specialty coffee knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and hands-on experience in espresso preparation, manual brewing, and latte art. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional coffee experiences, maintaining quality standards, and creating memorable guest interactions. Responsibilities: - Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages according to standards. - Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality across branches. - Perform professional espresso extraction and maintain coffee quality. - Prepare Latte Art designs with high standards. - Prepare V60 coffee using proper brewing techniques. - Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience. - Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards. - Follow company recipes, SOPs, and operational procedures. - Support branch operations during busy hours, events, and peak periods. 🔹 Benefits: - Salary 150 KD to 190 KD Based on Experience - 20 KD Food Allowance - Accommodation And Transportation provided by the company
