We are looking for Candidates who has comprehensive, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the ability to design, develop, and implement software programs and IT projects from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
- Develop IT strategies, policies, and procedures that support business growth.
- Lead and develop the IT team, manage the IT budget, and oversee system upgrades, migrations, and implementation projects.
- Collaborate with department heads, including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Resources, to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements aligned with the Dynamics 365 implementation roadmap.
- Conduct workshops and observation sessions to gather detailed requirements based on approved processes and procedures.
- Perform fit-to-standard and fit-gap analyses against Dynamics 365’s standard capabilities.
- Recommend and implement improvements to business workflows and the use of Dynamics 365 functionalities.
- Configure Dynamics 365 applications, including Customer Engagement (CE), Finance and Operations (F&O), and related modules.
- Customize and publish workflows, business processes, forms, and configurations according to business needs.
- Maintain daily updates to the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), including data mapping, implementation progress, and Azure DevOps work items, in coordination with department heads and the Senior Business Application Engineer.
- Coordinate with technical consultants, developers, and testers to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with internal stakeholders.
- Develop training materials and knowledge base articles, conduct training, and provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer.
- Serve as the main link between business departments and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively.
- Build software programs and IT projects from scratch, covering requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Implement security measures and ensure compliance with applicable requirements and industry standards.
