The HR Generalist will provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, partnering closely with managers and employees to support talent development, employee relations, performance management, employee well-being, and HR programs. This role will serve as a trusted resource to managers, helping them navigate employee matters, develop their teams, and effectively apply HR policies and processes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and balancing day-to-day HR support with broader organizational initiatives. Responsibilities: Coaching Managers and their teams - Providing day-to-day coaching to help managers problem solve - Support org development and change management - Offer coaching on career development, performance improvement, and navigating company policies to help employees maximize their potential and maintain a positive work environment Employee Well-being - Supporting the social and psychological well-being of employees - Helping to deliver programs and initiatives related to employee well-being Talent Planning - Coach managers on career paths and development plans for their top performers - Actively partner with managers to identify underperforming employees and develop strategies for improvement. - Support annual performance and talent review processes Employee Relations - Coaching managers to address conflicts and build/execute resolution plans - Investigating employee complaints/grievances and developing recovery plans - Actively managing and educating the progressive discipline program Data & Analytics - Leveraging people analytics and reporting techniques to support business KPI’s and HR audits. Policy and Procedures - Translating HR policies and procedures to meet business needs - Executing HR processes locally with a standardized approach Training Content Delivery - Providing management and employee training - Supporting annual HR processes, such as performance reviews and calibrations Employee/Manager Services - Partner with immigration attorneys to facilitate the visa’s, green cards, work permits, etc. - Completion and processing of employee life cycle changes Miscellaneous - Champion and participate in ad hoc HR projects - Undertake other duties as assigned, based on organizational needs and priorities - Travel commitment up to 20% across US sites. - Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role. Skills Required: - 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role is required - Proficient in HR policies, practices, and employment law - Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and manager coaching - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters with discretion - Comfortable working across multiple sites and partnering with employees and managers at various levels of the organization Education / Licenses / Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, is required - Active PHR/SHRM-CP preferred - Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable Benefits: - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - Life, Short-Term, Long-Term Disability Insurance - Training and Education Assistance - 401k Retirement Plan - Extra Annual Leave with Years of Service - Maternity/Paternity Leave - Recognition Rewards LotusWorks is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
