- Translate customer feedback and lawyer needs into clear product requirements for engineering teams.
- Improve prompts, modules, and automated workflows to make legal processes more capable and reliable.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, with experience in legal technology, law firm innovation, an in-house legal function, or legal practice.
- A JD, practicing attorney experience, or legal technology experience that demonstrates the ability to assess legal issues, understand contracts, and review workflows.
- Experience validating AI-flagged legal issues and mapping commercial needs into custom legal workflows.
- Strong product sense, including experience turning user feedback into product requirements and improving automated workflows.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI and LLM workflows, prompt engineering, CLI tools, Claude Code, or MCP servers.
- Comfort owning problems end to end in a fast-moving startup environment.
