ABOUT THE ROLE Join a customer-facing engineering team at a European AI commerce SaaS company. You'll bring software engineering experience to solutions that use AI chat and voice agents to help shoppers navigate complex product ranges, with online and in-store experiences that include search and checkout. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Apply software engineering skills in a customer-facing solutions or implementation context. - Contribute to customer-facing work involving AI chat and voice agents for complex product ranges. - Support solutions that connect product discovery with search and checkout experiences. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Hands-on software engineering experience in a customer-facing role, such as forward deployed, solutions, or implementation engineering. - German language proficiency. LOCATION This is a remote role open across Europe. The primary location is Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, and the team is based in Hamburg.
