MERCEDES-BENZ OF LAGUNA NIGUEL Loaner Car Representative Location Laguna Niguel, California Department Service – Loaner Fleet Operations Reports To Service Management Compensation $18.00–$21.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications) Position Summary Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Loaner Car Representative to assist with daily operations of our service loaner fleet. This position coordinates vehicle checkouts and returns, maintains accurate records, and helps deliver an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities - Assist guests with loaner vehicle check-in and checkout procedures. - Verify driver’s licenses, insurance information, and required loaner agreements. - Inspect vehicles for damage, cleanliness, mileage, and fuel levels before and after use. - Document vehicle conditions and promptly report damage or concerns to management. - Maintain accurate loaner fleet records in dealership systems. - Coordinate with Service Advisors and management regarding loaner availability and requests. - Monitor overdue loaner vehicles and assist with guest follow-up. - Coordinate vehicle cleaning, fueling, and preparation for the next guest. - Assist with tracking vehicle maintenance and service needs. - Provide professional, courteous customer service consistent with Mercedes-Benz standards. Qualifications - Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. - Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. - Comfortable using computers and dealership software. - Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. - Previous dealership, rental-car, or customer-service experience preferred.
