About the role

Be the face of Hot Topic, Inc.! We’re looking for a proactive, personable, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for guests and callers, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a positive and professional office environment. This position involves managing a high-volume call center, greeting visitors, and supporting various administrative functions across departments. This role operates onsite and will require to work from our HQ located in the City of Industry, CA 5 days a week.
