Forklift Operator

Our company is a fast-growing, privately owned refrigeration equipment manufacturer. We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our Material Handler team. Your primary responsibilities will include working with a team to ensure warehouse inventory accuracy, pulling parts from inventory, and delivering them to the production lines. We want to hear from you if you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail. Forklift experience is required. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on order lists. - Ensure accuracy by verifying product codes and quantities. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace. - Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets. - Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed. - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment. REQUIREMENTS: - High school diploma or equivalent. - 1-3 years minimum experience operating a forklift (both sit-down and stand-up) - Ability to consistently lift 50-80 lbs. throughout the day - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
