Senior Project Manager – Hospitality & Hotel Construction

  Job Summary: Lead hospitality construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring projects meet budget, schedule, quality, and client expectations. Responsibilities: - Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement. - Oversee construction activities from start to finish. - Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project teams. - Identify issues and resolve project challenges. - Ensure quality standards and timely project completion. - Mentor and support project team members. Requirements: - 10+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor. - Hospitality construction experience, preferably hotels or resorts. - Strong knowledge of construction budgets, contracts, scheduling, and procurement. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work onsite and support projects in the DFW area. - Construction-related degree preferred or equivalent experience.
