Quality Manager

  Job Summary: Lead the quality department and manage quality systems to ensure products meet customer requirements and ISO 9001 and AS9100 Rev D standards. Responsibilities: - Manage and develop the quality team. - Maintain and improve quality management systems. - Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections. - Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions. - Drive continuous improvement and reduce defects and rework. - Coordinate customer, supplier, and third-party audits. - Monitor quality performance and maintain documentation. - Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure compliance. Requirements: - 5–7 years of quality experience in manufacturing. - At least 3 years of quality team leadership experience. - Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 Rev D. - Experience with audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. - Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
