Orcrist is building a next generation data intelligence platform using cutting-edge technologies. We're handling petabyte-scale data with sub-second queries. Our product is a Kubernetes‑based platform delivered as B2B SaaS or as a self‑hosted on‑prem solution, including air‑gapped deployments. We enable customers across defense, law enforcement, and enterprise to turn mission-critical data into actionable intelligence. Role The Learning and Development Expert - LMS & Data owns the technical and data backbone of our learning infrastructure. Makes sure the LMS runs smoothly, data is captured cleanly, and gives the L&D team the foundation for sound, data-driven decisions. What you'll do - Build, configure, and maintain the LMS (course structure, user management, automations, reporting) - Collect and analyze learning KPIs (completion rates, engagement, skill-gap data) and translate them into clear dashboards - Support learning needs assessments through data analysis (skill matrices, team-level training gaps) - Produce regular reports on the effectiveness of learning initiatives for leadership - Act as the technical point of contact for LMS integrations with other HR systems - Support the organization and execution of training sessions and feedback cycles About you - 2+ years of experience in L&D, HR analytics, HR controlling, or another data-heavy role - Practical experience building or administering an LMS (e.g., Personio, Docebo, TalentLMS) - Very strong command of Google Sheets and data-driven decisions in an L&D context - Analytical, structured approach with a self-directed way of working in a remote-first environment - Conceptual approach to project work - Fluent in English and German (C1+) - Based and authorized to work in Germany Nice-to-haves - Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) - Experience with LMS integrations/APIs What we offer - Remote-first, Germany-wide: Work from wherever you do your best work, with regular team gatherings in Berlin and other off-site locations. - Flexibility by default: Flexible working hours help you make work fit your life. - Your setup, your way: Get a personal home-office equipment budget to create a workspace that works for you. - 30 days of vacation: Take the time you need to recharge and come back with fresh energy. - Keep growing: We invest in your personal and professional development. - Get rewarded for impact: Performance bonuses are tied to agreed objectives and key results. - A warm welcome: Every new team member gets a welcome goodie bag. - Good people, good times: From summer and Christmas parties to regular team gatherings, we make time to celebrate together. - A mission that matters: Work on challenges with tangible impact on public safety and national security.
