We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at our Sire Wellington community in Haslet, TX.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of property maintenance, lead and develop the maintenance team, manage vendors and budgets, and help ensure an exceptional living experience for residents. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader who takes pride in property operations, team development, and customer service.

- Lead & Develop the Maintenance Team - Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance team members while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and service excellence.
- Deliver Exceptional Resident Service - Provide exemplary service to residents and team members, ensuring a positive experience throughout the community.
- Oversee Property Maintenance Operations - Manage vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance programs, apartment turns, and resident service requests.
- Drive Community Performance - Identify maintenance and capital improvement needs and partner with management to ensure priorities are addressed.
- Ensure Compliance & Safety - Maintain compliance with AIR operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and Environmental Health & Safety standards.
- Manage Budgets Effectively - Maximize return on investment while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
What You Have
- Property Management Maintenance Experience - At least 3 years of technical maintenance and facilities management experience within the property management industry.
- Leadership Experience - 1-3 years of experience leading teams within customer service and asset maintenance environments.
- Reliable Transportation - Ability to travel as needed to support community operations.
- Flexible Availability - Ability to work evenings, weekends, extended workweeks when needed, and participate in an on-call rotation of at least one week per month.
- Physical Capability - Ability and willingness to move heavy equipment and machinery and perform the physical requirements of the role.
- Strong Communication Skills - Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.Who You Are
