About the Role Complex is looking for a curious, detail-oriented Social Media Analytics Intern to join our Social team. This role will support how we organize, analyze, and learn from social media performance data, helping ensure our teams have access to accurate, actionable information that can inform content and platform strategy. Working alongside Social leadership, the intern will gain hands-on experience with social analytics tools, data management, reporting, and workflow automation. You'll have the opportunity to work with large-scale social datasets, contribute to projects that improve how we measure performance, and help translate data into insights that support business and editorial decision-making. This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in social media analytics, marketing analytics, audience insights, or data operations who wants experience applying analytical thinking to real-world social media challenges. This is a remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the United States. The intern will be expected to work approximately 20 hours per week in a fully remote environment. The anticipated duration of the internship is October 2026 through March 2027.
