A Day in the Life at Hill Street 7
No two days at Hill Street 7 are exactly alike.
Some days are filled with big accomplishments. Other days, success looks much smaller, but no less meaningful.
You might help someone successfully complete a morning routine they've struggled with for weeks, participate in a community outing, learn a new skill, or simply share a moment of laughter. At Hill Street 7, we celebrate the small victories because those victories often represent tremendous personal growth. When the individuals we support succeed, we all succeed.
There are also days when progress is slower. Some individuals face significant challenges that can make daily routines, communication, and emotional regulation difficult. On those days, patience isn't just appreciated, it's essential. The ability to remain calm, compassionate, and supportive during difficult moments can make all the difference.
