Our products impact industries like healthcare, finance, education, government, and beyond, visually connecting the world.  Please note this position is for a 1 year full time contract.   Your Role: As a Campaign Manager at Enghouse Vidyo, you will play a crucial role in executing North America marketing campaigns, driving digital marketing programs, and optimizing strategies for our video product portfolio. Your goal will be to rapidly test innovative ideas, foster customer-centric experiences, and scale successful initiatives while ensuring inclusivity and diversity in all our efforts. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, both in North America and internationally, to deliver impactful marketing campaigns that transform the way people communicate and collaborate.   What you will be doing: - Manage and optimize digital marketing programs, including email campaigns, webinars, social media, and online content development, aiming for inclusivity and transparency. - Develop and execute paid advertising and search campaigns, leveraging display ads, Google ad words, remarketing, and retargeting strategies. - Take the lead in regional and national trade shows, events, and programs, fostering inclusive experiences for all participants. - Implement and support lead and customer nurturing programs, ensuring our communication resonates with diverse audiences. - Utilize data analytics to consolidate metrics, provide insightful reporting to senior management, and guide program optimization. - Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Customer Support, and other teams to create targeted digital marketing campaigns based on customer profiling, encouraging diversity and inclusivity. - Stay ahead of the competition by gathering and sharing competitive insights and recommending counter-strategies based on learned trends and insights. - Contribute to other marketing duties as assigned, bringing creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to the table.   Qualifications & Technical Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - A minimum of 1-2 years of B2B software marketing, preferably with experience in contact center or cloud software industries. - Expertise in Marketing automation (Marketo preferred) and strong digital marketing growth experience, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and web analytics. - Proven experience with B2B events, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Salesforce. - Proficient in project management and collaboration software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics. - Extensive knowledge of WordPress standards and functionality.   Personal Attributes: - A strategic thinker with the ability to execute both at a high-level and with attention to detail. - Effective listening skills, seeking clarification when needed. - A self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively. - Resourceful, adaptable, and flexible, always finding innovative solutions. - Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Friendly, approachable, and professional, with a positive, "can-do" attitude and a good sense of humor. - A creative thinker willing to explore "out-of-the-box" ideas.   Join us in shaping the future of video communications and collaboration for a diverse and inclusive world.
