Minneola Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Radiologic Technologist to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services while providing exceptional patient care in a rural healthcare setting. Our Radiology team works closely with providers to support accurate diagnoses and improve patient outcomes. Schedule Four 10-hour shifts per week (4-10 schedule) One weekday of on-call coverage per week One weekend of on-call coverage per month Position Responsibilities - Perform high-quality radiologic examinations on patients of all ages. - Properly position patients and utilize optimal imaging techniques. - Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures. - Maintain accurate computerized patient and procedure records. - Communicate effectively with providers and radiologists regarding examinations. - Practice radiation safety and adhere to all regulatory requirements. - Assist with inventory management and departmental organization. - Collaborate with patients, families, providers, and fellow team members to deliver excellent care. - Participate in ongoing education and required competency training. Qualifications Registered Radiologic Technologist - Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. - ARRT registered or eligible. - Current Kansas licensure or ability to obtain. - Maintain required continuing education credits.
